The walking dead play a small but significant role in the Veil of Shadows Series. They are not the main theme but a background theme with an important role.
In Hell, zombies are the lost souls of those who did not make it to a Safe House and repent in time.
These zombies are slow moving, they cannot travel on hallowed ground, they avoid royalty (Clea and Meg), they walk in daylight and sleep at night. Also, they stink.
Throughout the series, Zombies appear in all of the realms for one reason or another…
