Throughout the Veil of Shadows Series, the Deacons are supernatural beings that help the realms maintain balance. Meg despises their meddling, but in book 6 they pressure her to see her destructive ways and accept that she can be loved. Since the Deacons are so powerful, they become Alastor and Lucifer’s target in book 11.
My July release is Veil of Shadows Omnibus III! This collection includes Veil of Shadows books 7-10, all of Jed and Shay’s storyline is included until the point where it catches up with Meg and Sparrow. Books 11+ will meld all of these characters together for one epic journey of Heaven, Hell, War, Romance, and Redemption.
